Ákos is a seasoned lawyer with 20 years of experience in advising on the full range of M&A/corporate transactions, including foreign direct investment – ranging from privatizations to private equity and greenfield – as well as corporate group reorganizations (involving mergers and spin-offs). He has advised sellers and buyers alike on share and asset sale transactions in high-profile complex matters, and a great number of multijurisdictional cross-border deals. Ákos has managed major transactions in a range of industry sectors, such as the energy, automotive, banking, food, high-tech, IT and transportation industries. He also advises on the full range of employment law issues arising from transactions. He is a regular speaker at events and conferences particularly those dealing with corporate and M&A.
As head of the Employment practice group, Ákos provides a wide range of employment related advice to multinational companies, from traditional employment matters to sophisticated high-profile issues, including business transfers, mass redundancies and other special projects, as well as employment litigation.
