Owen Etwaroo

Owen is an associate in the Real Estate team in the UAE. He is an English qualified lawyer advising on a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including the acquisition and disposal of real estate investments, real estate aspects of financings and corporate transactions, hospitality and branded residence projects, landlord and tenant matters, and large-scale development work across the office, retail, hospitality, student accommodation and industrial sectors.

Owen has extensive experience advising developers, institutional landlords, private equity funds and public investors on high value and complex real estate transactions across the GCC and multiple jurisdictions.
