Biography
Jason Ennis is a senior attorney in Baker McKenzie's International Commercial & Trade Practice Group in the Dallas office, where he represents an international hotel franchisor. With over two decades of experience, Jason has held significant roles at Goldman Sachs, DR Horton, and Banner Oak Capital Partners, providing strategic legal counsel on complex transactions and high-value real estate projects both in the US and internationally. He excels at leading and managing teams to ensure successful outcomes.
Jason graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a B.A. in Economics and graduated magna cum laude from SMU Dedman School of Law.
