Jan Dudík
Biography
Jan Dudík is an attorney in the Prague office's Mergers & Acquisitions Practice Group. He joined Baker McKenzie in 2023. Before that, Jan gained more than ten years of experience providing services to the clients of leading Czech and international law firms.
Practice Focus
Jan focuses on acquisitions and sales of business companies and corporate assets. He has extensive experience with providing comprehensive M&A advisory to both local and international clients from various industry sectors, including complex due diligence investigations as well as subsequent transaction negotiations.
Jan also helps clients with transactions concerning distressed assets or with setting up complex shareholding structures and joint venture relations. As a member of the M&A team, he is also regularly engaged in various types of corporate restructurings and related corporate agenda.
