Biography
Dominika has been a member of the Warsaw M&A/corporate group since 2016, working in at Baker McKenzie's offices in Warsaw and London. She qualified as a Polish advocate in 2021.
In addition to graduating from the Faculty of Law and Administration at of the University of Warsaw, she completed a course in English and European law organized by the British Centre for English and European Legal Studies at the University of Warsaw in cooperation with the University of Cambridge.
She regularly gives extracurricular lectures and workshops on the latest developments in the Polish company law to university students.

Dominika primarily focuses on corporate reorganizations and ongoing corporate counseling.
She has extensive experience in projects with the largest international clients in the field of corporate reorganizations, such as post-acquisition integrations, legal entity rationalizations, domestic and cross-border mergers, demergers, spin-offs and carve-outs and simplifications of corporate structures, as well as M&A transactions.
Her practice covers company and civil law, with a particular emphasis on corporate compliance and counseling, as well as regulatory issues related to digital processes and forms of legal transactions, including legal documents.
Representative Legal Matters
- Advised on various local and cross-border reorganizations (mergers, demergers, spin-offs, carve-outs, conversions, share positionings, etc.), as well as the Polish aspects of global reorganization and legal entity rationalization projects, including pre-transaction entity rationalization, post-acquisition integrations and non-transactional transformations across numerous sectors, including IT, healthcare, real estate, logistics and manufacturing.
- Advised on numerous domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, on the side of both the buyer and seller, in various sectors, including IT, finance, real estate, services and manufacturing.
- Assisted clients in making beneficial ownership determinations and filings on a local basis, as well as preparing supporting beneficial ownership documentation.
- Advised on the implementation and assessment of internal compliance practices and corporate governance rules.
- Assisted clients in ensuring compliance of electronic signatures from a local perspective.
