Biography

Éléonore d'Anthonay practices in Baker McKenzie's Employment Practice Group in Paris, which she joined in 2009. She assists both French and international companies with the management of all the employment law-related issues that they may face.

Her expertise is mainly centred around collective relations, where she assists both human resources departments and legal departments in the management of complex projects and the design of related strategies, such as cross-border reorganisations, collective dismissals (including job protection plans), collective bargaining with trade unions, employee savings schemes, and the management of the social aspects of mergers and acquisitions.

She also has extensive experience with individual relations, in particular with the management of dismissal procedures and with harassment cases.

Éléonore favours both a strategic and reassuring approach, which translates through her pragmatic stance and her attentiveness to her clients’ needs.

She regularly takes part in webinars/seminars and hosts conferences on key topics in link with the French job market.

Éléonore carried out an associate training program in Baker & McKenzie's London office in 2014-2015.

Prior to joining Baker & McKenzie A.A.R.P.I., Éléonore completed several internships, notably in the Firm's Labour law department (before joining in as an associate). She also worked in the labour law departments of other notable law firms.
