Carolina Cordero di Vonzo is a senior manager in the Intellectual Property Advisory Department of Baker McKenzie's Italy offices.
Prior to joining the Firm, Carolina worked as in-house counsel to a large manufacturing group based in Hong Kong, heading the IP department responsible for APAC and EMEA. Her main tasks concerned the development of the group's IP strategy, handling the anti-counterfeiting and anti-parallel import enforcement actions in the region, and negotiating and drafting all kinds of agreements relevant of the group's IP assets. She was also responsible for organizing the group's internal structure and workflow to ensure legal support to the business units, and for creating and conducting IP trainings.
Carolina focuses on all aspects of intellectual property. She works with clients in the consumer goods, fashion and luxury, industrial design, cosmetics and pharma, art world, telecommunications and automotive industries.
