Agnès Charpenet is a Local partner in Baker McKenzie’s Tax Practice Group in Paris. She is the leader of the Employee Benefit Practice Group, and has been in charge of its Wealth Management tax activity in France since October 2015. In 2005, she spent six months working with Global Equity Services in the San Francisco office. Ms. Charpenet joined the Firm in December 1998.
Ms. Charpenet advises mainly on compensation of employees and executives, employees share schemes, management package and mobility of employees and key executives in domestic and international contexts. She advises multinational companies and key executives on these topics. She also advises individuals, banks and family offices for wealth management tax matters.

- Advising Société Générale Securities Services since 2010, delivering tax and legal advice for the administration of the client’s employee shares plans in around 60 countries.
