Christine Cadence
Biography
Christine Cadence routinely advises on corporate law and private equity. She also has experience working on venture capital, strategic investments and joint venture transactions. She has trained in the Firm’s Chicago office, successfully passed the New York Bar exam and is admitted to the Paris Bar.
Practice Focus
Ms. Cadence assists clients on shares and securities, capital adjustments, mergers, restructurings and incorporation. She also counsels clients — such as foreign insurers, reinsurers and insurance intermediaries — on the legal aspects of insurance and reinsurance transactions. Additionally, Ms. Cadence has significant experience handling management package, as well as managers’ status and careers.
