Practice Focus
Marzio's practice focuses on Italian and international tax law, with a focus on corporate income tax, tax planning, real estate tax and tax aspects connected to extraordinary transactions.
Furthermore, Marzio deals with disputes on national, EU and international taxation and assists clients in defining tax disputes, also in relation to Advance Pricing Agreements (APA) procedures and Mutual Agreement Procedures (MAP) vis-à-vis tax authorities. His experience in international tax includes double tax treaty analysis, application of the P/S directive, I/R directive and the analysis of the risk of a PE assessment by ITAs.
He gained an extensive experience in tax audit, in real estate taxation and in the drafting and implementation of tax control framework for Italian and international groups.
