Gustavo Boruchowicz is managing partner of the Firm’s Buenos Aires office. He is in charge of the Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity groups. He is also a member of Baker McKenzie’s Latin America M&A and Private Equity Steering Committee.
His experience includes mergers, spin-offs, reorganizations and other complex structures in sectors such as consumer goods, retail, financial systems, banking, and services. He advises foreign and local investors on its investments in Argentina, on corporate, regulatory and commercial structures, combining strong local capabilities with seamless support from colleagues in key international financial centers.
Gustavo also served as associate professor in the University of Buenos Aires School of Law.
Gustavo focuses his practice mainly in the areas of mergers and acquisitions and private equity. He also advises on real estate and general practice issues.
