Biography
Armando Bondoc, Jr. is an associate in Quisumbing Torres' Corporate & Commercial/M&A Practice Group. Before joining the firm, Armando was a junior associate at one of the largest full-service law firms in the Philippines. Armando obtained a Juris Doctor degree from Ateneo de Manila University in 2022, where he ranked 9th with second honors. He was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2023.

Armando's practice focuses on corporate and commercial law, including mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance, and capital markets.
