Déborah Bismuth
Biography
Déborah Bismuth practices in the Global Reorganizations/M&A Group of Baker McKenzie Paris. Before joining Baker McKenzie in 2022, Déborah used to work as a Lawyer in an international law firm and was mainly working on group reorganizations and corporate law matters. She also worked in international law firms in Luxembourg and Paris. She graduated from the University of Paris II Panthéon Assas and has studied at the University of Queen Mary of London.
Practice Focus
Déborah focuses her practice on reorganizations transactions both domestic and cross border. She also advises clients on general corporate law and governance matters.

- Advised Atos, a French IT group listed on the Paris stock exchange, on the spin-off of the "Tech Foundations" and "Eviden" entities entailing Atos’ multi-jurisdictional split in the 78 jurisdictions where it operates.
- Advised Accor, a French hospitality group listed on the Paris stock exchange, on the separation of its "economy, midscale and premium" brands and its "luxury and lifestyle" brands into two divisions, entailing Accor's multi-jurisdictional split worldwide.
