Biography

Michal is a partner in our Corporate M&A department at Baker McKenzie’s London office. She is Head of our EMEA Biopharma and Deep Tech Transactions and is both US and UK qualified.

Over the course of her career, which spans three decades, Michal has worked at a number of leading US firms, predominantly in advising clients in the life science and technology sectors.

Practice Focus

Michal is a full-service transactional lawyer with significant experience in complex, cross-border M&A, including public takeovers and mergers, private strategic transactions, bolt-ons, spin-offs, joint ventures, restructurings, financings, IPOs and regulatory matters.
