Michal Berkner

Michal is a partner in our Corporate M&A department who is both UK and the US qualified and Head of our EMEA Biopharma and Deep Tech Transactions. She has a fantastic breadth of experience as a full-service transactional lawyer and significant experience in complex, cross-border M&A, including negotiated and unsolicited public and private strategic transactions, bolt-ons, spin-offs, joint ventures, IPOs, financings, and regulatory matters.

Over the course of her 27-year career, Michal has worked at a number of leading US firms, predominantly in advising clients in the life sciences and technology sectors.
