Nick is a partner in Baker McKenzie’s Private Equity & Funds group, based in London. He has over 25 years of experience advising sponsors and investors on the formation and operation of funds across the private capital spectrum, including GP-led and LP-led secondaries, fund sponsor transactions and customised investment mandates.
