Biography

Rudolph is an associate in the Baker McKenzie Dispute Resolution team based in London. Rudolph is a member of the department's practice groups for civil fraud and commercial litigation, trusts disputes and wealth controversy, and international arbitration. His practice includes a broad spectrum of disputes, including commercial and criminal litigation, trusts litigation and international arbitration.

Rudolph joined Baker McKenzie as a Trainee Solicitor in September 2021 and qualified into the Dispute Resolution department in September 2023. During his training contract, Rudolph was seconded to the Dispute Resolution team at Baker McKenzie Wong & Leow in Singapore.

Practice Focus

  • Acting for a former director of a company in the defence sector in high-profile criminal proceedings brought by the SFO in connection with allegations of overseas bribery of foreign public officials, involving two separate three-month jury trials and resulting in the acquittal in respect of the main charge.
  • Acting for an individual in relation to both a breach of warranty claim and separate conspiracy claim in connection with the sale of a telecommunications company.
  • Advising an ultra-high-net worth individual on a long-running, multi-billion-dollar, family trusts dispute, seeking to set aside Bermudian purpose trusts in order to return assets to the family heirs and pursuing related claims in a number of other jurisdictions.
  • Advising an ultra-high-net worth individual in respect of their interests in several offshore trusts holding family wealth.
  • Acting for a multinational joint venture in relation to ICC arbitration proceedings brought against it by one of its subcontractors in relation to the expansion of a refinery.
  • Acting for a well-known telecommunications company in relation to an alleged breach of contract claim.
