Lisa Aspden-Li
Biography
Lisa Li focuses on real estate financing matters. She represents a mix of lenders and sponsors and has experience across a range of asset types including office assets, shopping centres, hotels, built-to-rent and student housing. She is also experienced with both cross-border and domestic transactions.
Lisa is qualified in New Zealand. Prior to joining Baker McKenzie, Lisa was a member of the Finance team at Herbert Smith Freehills.
