Dr. Gaál András LL.M.

András Gaál is an attorney in the IPTech group of Baker McKenzie's Budapest office, focusing on a wide range of data protection, IT and intellectual property law related matters. He supports major Hungarian and international companies in, among others, the development and application of innovative technologies, legal compliance issues and contractual processes, such as the negotiation of software and IT services related agreements. He has also assisted clients in a number of legal due diligence, data protection law audits, authority procedures, and workplace internal investigations. András regularly publishes and gives presentations and trainings in the fields of his practice.

András joined Baker McKenzie's Budapest office in January 2021. Prior to that, he gained practical legal experience in the financial sector by working with IT professionals on privacy issues and participating in the development of web applications.
