Based in Sydney, Kieran joins Baker McKenzie with more than 20 years' experience advising Australian and multinational clients on complex taxation matters, including corporate and transaction tax, tax controversy, restructurings, insolvency, state taxes, tax risk management and cross-border investment. Kieran is a trusted adviser to some of Australia's largest corporates, investors and government bodies.
Throughout his career, Kieran has advised clients across a broad range of sectors, including real estate, infrastructure, technology, resources and energy. His experience includes advising private and public companies, state governments and statutory authorities.
Kieran is recognised for his ability to combine deep technical tax expertise with practical commercial judgement, helping clients navigate complex transactions, regulatory scrutiny and strategic business decisions.
