Baker McKenzie Advise on WeRoad’s Secondary Investment Round

WeRoad, a leading European scale-up in the IRL economy and group experiences sector, has completed a secondary investment round to bring in new foreign investors, led by the FMZ Ventures fund.

Baker McKenzie assisted FMZ Ventures, a US venture capital fund specializing in companies operating in the experience economy and consumer-oriented digital markets, with a team led by Partner Paolo Ghiglione and assisted by Counsel Chiara Marinozzi.
