Baker McKenzie acted as legal advisor to Villeroy & Boch Group in its divestment of the Gustavsberg and Vatette businesses to Finnish sanitary fittings manufacturer Oras Group. The acquisition represents an important strategic move for both companies. The transaction is expected to be closed during the third quarter of 2025.
Baker McKenzie advised Villeroy & Boch with a team consisting of Katja Persson, Carl Svernlöv, Marta Janiak, Magdalena Jener, Filippa Kronsporre, Margarita Kozlov and Robert Eriksson who worked closely with Villeroy & Boch’s inhouse legal team, including Tonio Bahner (General Counsel) and Elke Hoffmann (Senior Legal Counsel).
