Katja Persson

Katja Persson is a partner in Baker McKenzie’s Mergers & Acquisitions Practice Group in Stockholm with a focus on mergers and acquisitions and corporate law matters. Prior to joining Baker McKenzie as a partner in 2023, her experience includes working as a corporate counsel at a start-up and a Swedish industrial company as well as close to a decade of experience from both international and domestic law firms. From 2018 until 2020, Katja worked in London, first on a nine-month secondment to a private equity investment firm and subsequently at an international law firm.
