Global law firm Baker McKenzie has announced that Benjamin Kelly has rejoined as a Partner in its Intellectual Property Practice in Dallas. 

Ben is a highly skilled trial attorney who brings nearly two decades of experience counseling and successfully leading clients through every stage of litigation. Ben has managed or led numerous significant disputes involving publicly traded or privately held companies in commercial disputes with material damages demands. In particular, Ben has deep experience with high-stakes, multi-jurisdictional patent and trade secret disputes involving complex technologies. 

He has successfully represented clients in federal and state courts around the US, in international arbitrations, and on appeal, often cross-examining experts, executives, and senior management on complex scientific or technical subject matter or damages theories

Ben holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas at El Paso and a JD from the University of Texas School of Law.
