Leading global law firm Baker McKenzie announced today that Keith Hagan has rejoined the Firm's Miami office as the latest Partner to join the growing North America Tax Practice. Keith brings extensive experience in renewable energy and project finance tax, further expanding the capabilities of the Firm's top-ranked Tax Practice.

Keith provides tax and commercial advice for cross-border and domestic transactions involving development and infrastructure project finance, project M&A, and private equity. He has deep experience in federal tax incentives, including energy production tax credits, investment tax credits, and their monetization. Keith has advised joint ventures, public and private companies, REITs, private equity funds, and venture capital funds, both onshore and offshore, on various issues under Subchapters K and C of the Internal Revenue Code.

Keith received his MS from the Georgia Institute of Technology, his JD from Vanderbilt University School of Law, and his LLM from the University of Florida. Keith serves as an adjunct professor at the University of Miami Law School’s Graduate Tax Program. He is admitted to practice in Florida.
