The Health Sciences Authority (HSA) has further expanded its Singapore Health Product Access and Regulatory E-System (SHARE). From 17 December 2025, users may apply via SHARE for: (i) the CTGTP Certificate of a Pharmaceutical Product (CPP) for Class 2 CTGTPs; and (ii) the Free Sale Certificate (FSC) for Class 1 CTGTPs.

SHARE is a digital platform developed by the HSA to streamline regulatory submissions. As mentioned in our previous alert, SHARE provides a unified and integrated platform for regulators, businesses, industry partners and the general public to collaborate and manage product lifecycle activities more efficiently.
The HSA has announced the launch of SHARE for: (i) the CTGTP CPP for Class 2 CTGTPs; and (ii) the FSC for Class 1 CTGTPs, with effect from 17 December 2025.
The following e-services will now be accessible via SHARE (with Corppass login):
i. Applying for a CTGTP CPP or FSC
ii. Tracking and withdrawing such applications
iii. Viewing and downloading certificates
