Biography
Floor Zuidema is a junior associate within the Employment & Compensation Practice Group of Baker McKenzie's Amsterdam office. She provides general advice on a wide range of employment law matters.
Practice Focus
Floor mainly assists the human resources departments of multinational clients and the boards of small and medium-sized enterprises on employment law matters. She provides legal support to clients going through collective dismissals, Works Council related issues and (de)merger activities, among others. Floor also provides advice on cases relating to illness, poor performance files and dismissal.
