Biography

Dustin Zojaji is a member of Baker McKenzie’s Dispute Resolution Practice Group in Stockholm. He joined Baker McKenzie as an associate in 2023.

In addition to holding a Swedish law degree, Dustin also holds an LLM from the New York University School of Law and he is also admitted to practice law in New York.

Practice Focus

Dustin focuses his practice mainly on litigation and arbitration. He represents and advises domestic and international clients in various types of disputes within the fields of commercial law, particularly concerning commercial contracts and M&A transactions.

Representative Legal Matters

  • Successfully represented a global chemical company in Swedish-seated arbitration under foreign law regarding price adjustments to an amount of more than USD 50 million in monetary and declaratory relief.
  • Advised and represented a lender in various disputes associated to the accelerating of high-value loans and the enforcement of accompanying pledges.
