Yi Zhang is an economist in Baker McKenzie's Washington, DC office. She is a trusted finance and tax professional with a wealth of experience in international tax, transfer pricing, litigation, intellectual property (IP) valuation, and business strategy.
She is knowledgeable in complex tax solutions, financial analyses, and tax planning across numerous industries, including digital technology, financial services, pharmaceutical, medical device, automotive, electronics, and transportation.
Yi has provided economic consultation to a broad range of multinational corporations with a focus on IP, international tax planning and transfer pricing issues. She has experience in preparing valuations of business enterprises and intangible assets. Yi also provides IP related economic services to the Firm's other practice groups.
Prior to joining Baker McKenzie, Yi was vice president at Duff & Phelps who assisted offering expert opinions on economic issues surrounding IP and international trade disputes.
