Dr. Aliz Wulcz

Dr. Aliz Wulcz is a Budapest Bar-admitted corporate/M&A lawyer with more than five years of legal experience, including junior associate and mid-level associate roles at international law firms. Her transactional experience includes advising on complex domestic and cross-border M&A matters, private equity investments, divestments and strategic partnerships across Central and Eastern Europe. Key credentials include work on the sale of an autonomous-driving technology business to a multinational automotive group; a majority investment in a leading Eastern European franchise business; a minority equity investment involving a Polish office and retail real estate portfolio; and the sale of a majority stake in an international technology and data-analytics group to a global investment firm.

Aliz's academic work has focused primarily on environmental law. Her published research on environmental liability in international dispute resolution received an academic award, and she spent one year as a research fellow at Heidelberg University, where she continued to specialize in environmental matters.
