Lesley-Anne Wilson
Biography
Lesley-Anne is a senior associate in Baker McKenzie’s Corporate Group based in London. She advises large corporates, strategic investors and financial sponsors and has extensive experience working in the energy and infrastructure sector. Lesley-Anne is ranked as a Leading Associate in Infrastructure: M&A and Acquisition Financing in the 2026 edition of the Legal 500.
Lesley-Anne has spent time on secondment with Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets (now Macquarie Asset Management), and previously worked in the Baker McKenzie Belfast Center as a member of the Corporate Support team, working on high-volume, large-scale projects.

- Advising Hutchison Port on the Sokhna and B100 port terminal developments in Egypt and the associated shareholder arrangements.
- Advising Fiera Infrastructure on its long-term partnership with Ortus Energy for the development of a UK commercial and industrial roof top solar PV platform.
- Advising Hermes Airports on the successful completion of the financing agreements and the commencement of the Phase 2 expansion works at Larnaka and Pafos international airports in Cyprus.
- Advising Fiera Infrastructure Inc. on the acquisition of a portfolio of residential rooftop solar PV systems situated across the UK.
Digital Infrastructure
- Advising NTT Global Data Centers on the carve out, listing and financing of NTT DC REIT, a Singapore Real Estate Investment Trust (SREIT) consisting of 6 data centers in the US, Austria and Singapore which raised USD773m on its IPO.
- Advising Ooredoo Group on the sale of a minority equity stake in its carrier-neutral data centre company, MENA Digital Hub, to Iron Mountain, a global leader in information management services.
- Advising NTT Global Data Centers on its strategic real estate partnership with Macquarie Asset Management for the development and operation of NTT’s wholesale and hyperscale data centres in Europe and North America.
- Advising Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets in relation to a public takeover and delisting of Denmark's largest telecommunications company, TDC A/S.
Industrials
- Advising SUEZ and SUEZ UK on aspects of its hostile takeover by Veolia and advising SUEZ UK on the subsequent GBP 2 billion sale of the UK business to Macquarie and then back to SUEZ.
- Advising Schenck Process Group on its acquisition of Baker Perkins, the food and industrial equipment manufacturer.
