Biography
Hanna Wiejowska is an associate in the Mergers & Acquisitions and the International Commercial & Trade groups. She joined the Firm in 2021. She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of Warsaw University in 2018.

Practice Focus
On a daily basis Hanna advises both domestic and foreign clients on a broad range of commercial activities. She is involved at various stages of creating commercial arrangements, including negotiating and drafting agreements, localizing terms and conditions, descriptions of risks and potential mitigation options.

- Assisted in structuring and negotiating post-closing supply and distribution chain arrangements, covering the Polish target for a US seller.
- Co-coordinated commercial negotiations of the term sheet regarding the supply of a platform and other components for electric cars.
- Public procurement law assistance to a heavy industry company in order to adequately assess the commercial risk and address the requested contract changes during the Q&A negotiation procedure.
- Commercial and public procurement law assistance in order to structure the reorganization and ensure business continuity of a Polish media company.
- Commercial and public procurement law assistance in order to structure the reorganization of a biotechnology company.
- Represented entities in foreign investment review proceedings before the Polish President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection.
- Advised a Swedish private investment company in a series of acquisitions in the IT sector, including the due diligence process of the commercial agreements.
