Emely von Platen
Biography
Emely von Platen is a member of Baker McKenzie’s Private Equity Practice Group in Stockholm. Emely joined Baker McKenzie in 2020 while pursuing her studies at Stockholm University. During her time at Baker McKenzie, Emely has worked in various roles such as Summer Associate, Trainee, and Corporate Paralegal, before becoming an Associate in 2024.
Practice Focus
Emely focuses her practice mainly on advising private equity firms, their portfolio companies and international corporates on domestic and cross-border transactions.
