  • Advised Absa Bank in relation to a USD 10 million structured finance uncommitted facility made available to a borrower, guaranteed by a USA guarantor, for eligible inventory to the borrower. *
  • Advised Absa Bank, Nedbank, Standard Bank in relation to ZAR 900 million facilities made available to a borrower to finance business expansion and operations in South Africa. *
  • Advised Industrial Development Corporation in relation to a ZAR 650 million facility made available to a borrower for the purposes of an acquisition and operations in the mining industry. *
  • Advised Nedbank in relation to a ZAR 450 million development loan term facility made available to a borrower as a green and development property loan. *
  • Advised Absa Bank in relation to a ZAR 75 million guarantee facility made available to a borrower based in Belgium. *
  • Advised First National Bank and Absa Bank in relation to ZAR 2 million facilities made available to a borrower for development in the construction industry. *
  • Advised in relation to a USD 4.2 million mezzanine facility made available to an East African borrower for the acquisition of debt owed to certain secured lenders. *
  • Advised the borrower in relation to a ZAR 50 million refinancing facility made available by Investec Bank for the refinancing of existing facilities outstanding and general corporate finance. *
  • Advised International Finance Corporation and Absa Bank in relation to a USD 50 million multijurisdictional facility for the purposes of working capital to smallholder farmers across West and East Africa. *
  • Advised Nedbank in relation to a USD 30 million multijurisdictional facility for the purposes of working capital for the procurement of commodities across various jurisdictions. *
