Biography
Jim van Tongeren is a junior associate within the Employment & Compensation Practice Group of Baker McKenzie's Amsterdam office. He provides general advice on a wide range of employment law matters.
Practice Focus
Jim mainly assists the human resources departments of multinational clients and the boards of small and medium-sized enterprises on employment law matters. He provides legal support to clients going through collective dismissals, Works Council related issues and (de)merger activities, among others. Jim also provides advice on cases relating to illness and poor performance files.
