Lynn van den Berg is a senior associate in Baker McKenzie's Tax Practice Group in Amsterdam.
Practice Focus
Lynn focuses on corporate tax law, international tax law, tax planning and tax dispute resolution. She advises innovative Dutch multinational companies and their domestic or foreign shareholders on international group restructurings, international tax planning and disputes with the Dutch tax authorities.
