Kirstie's practice focuses on all general corporate matters, including cross-border mergers and acquisitions, global reorganisations, acquisitions and divestments by private equity and private clients.

Kirstie has been seconded to the corporate legal teams at DS Smith plc and Haleon plc and is currently on an international secondment in Dubai, UAE.

• Advised our client on their investment in the AI Infrastructure Partnership (AIP), a leading AI infrastructure platform.

• Advised Bain Capital on its acquisition of Signaturit, a leading European provider of digital transaction management software solutions.

• Assisted on a EUR2bn EUR secondaries transaction involving the disposal by our client of a portfolio of fund interests to a new fund backed by leading secondaries investors.

• Advised Bain Capital and Cinven on the disposal of a majority stake in STADA Arzneimittel AG.

• Advised Diversey, a Solenis company, on the sale of Zenith Hygiene and Shorrock Trichem to Lyreco SAS.

• Advised Kantar Group on the proposed sale of Kantar Media to H.I.G. Capital.

• Assisted our Swedish team with HongShan Capital’s investment in the Marshall Group.

• Advised Haleon plc on the sale of its nicotine replacement brands outside of the US.

• Provides on-going general corporate services to Platinum Equity LLC.

• Advised Gi Group, a leading Italian multinational company in the employment services sector, in the acquisition of the European staffing business of Kelly Services Inc.

• Pro bono work for the Good Generation Project, which included advising on and setting up a charitable company limited by guarantee.
