- Advised Delachaux S.A. on the sale of its 92% share in Frauscher Sensor Technology Group GmbH, one of the world leading producers of wheel sensors and axle counters for rail safety, to Wabtec Corporation.
- Advised Lindsay Corporation (NYSE: LNN), a leading global manufacturer and distributor of irrigation and infrastructure equipment and technology, on the acquisition of a minority interest (49.9%) in Austria-based Pessl Instruments GmbH.
- Advised an Austrian energy provider on the carve-out of a portfolio of renewable energy assets and a contemplated joint venture.
- Advised American global investment company KKR on an investment deal in multinational cosmetics and beauty company Coty Inc.
- Advised one of the world’s biggest private equity funds on its bid to acquire a leading global packaging manufacture, including its subsidiaries in more than 15 jurisdictions, sold via an auction process.
- Advised German mid-cap private equity fund Paragon Partners on the disposal of an Austrian portfolio company.
- Advises on cross-border reorganisation projects and carve-outs on a regular basis.
