Biography

Andrea Tovar regularly advises multinational companies on cross-border commercial transactions and complex international trade matters. Andrea is also a member of the firm’s Technology, Media & Telecommunications Global Industry Group and the California Diversity & Inclusion Committee.

Practice Focus

Andrea's practice covers multijurisdictional commercial transactions including IP migrations, supply chain restructurings, global spin-offs, post-acquisition integrations, and technology transactions. She also advises companies on a wide range of trade matters including export controls, sanctions, internal investigations and risk assessments. Her practice also includes conducting M&A trade sanctions, export controls, and privacy due diligence reviews of target companies in Europe, Latin America and Asia.
