Neil Schwartz
Biography
Neil Schwartz is an associate in Baker McKenzie’s Dallas office and a member of the North America International Commercial Practice Group. His practice involves advising clients on complex business transactions and international growth strategies. Neil began his career at the Firm as a summer associate in 2024.
Neil earned his JD from The University of Texas School of Law, serving as a staff editor for the Texas International Law Journal and as an oralist and coach for the Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot in Vienna, Austria.
Practice Focus
Neil’s practice focuses on international commercial transactions, advising clients on franchising, licensing, and distribution across jurisdictions. Neil’s work supports global brand expansion and cross-border business growth, with experience in multijurisdictional regulatory research, comparative contract analysis, and international market entry. Neil assists multinational corporations and emerging businesses in navigating complex regulatory environments and structuring transactions that facilitate successful market entry and expansion.
