Biography
Markus Schwaiger is an associate in the Dispute Resolution Practice Group of Baker McKenzie’s Vienna office. Prior to joining the Firm, he gained valuable experience working for several renowned Austrian law firms.
Practice Focus
Markus focuses his practice on assisting both domestic and international clients in disputes before state courts and arbitral tribunals, including the enforcement of claims and tracing of assets. Having a keen interest in the publicity process accompanying high-profile legal disputes, Markus further focuses on the field of litigation PR.
