• Advised New Mountain Capital, a US based private equity fund with over USD 37 billion in assets under management, on Austrian legal aspects to acquire a leading business unit, specialized in OneSource laboratory and field services, along with a portfolio of atomic spectroscopy, molecular spectroscopy, and chromatography instruments, consumables and reagents that serve the biopharma, food, environmental & safety from PerkinElmer, Inc. together with Simpson Thatcher & Bartlett LLP (STB).

• Advised one of the world's biggest private equity funds in its bid to acquire 100% of the shares of an Austrian based company (including its subsidiaries in more than 15 jurisdictions), a global leader in packaging, sold via an auction process.
