Biography
Yannick is a senior associate within the Amsterdam Tax Practice. He regularly advises clients on international tax matters in the areas of transfer pricing and tax controversy.
Practice Focus
Yannick is experienced in complex transfer pricing planning and dispute resolution matters. He is frequently advising and representing clients before the Dutch Tax Authorities in multilateral transfer pricing audits, domestic transfer pricing appeals and litigation procedures, mutual agreement procedures, and bilateral and multilateral APA negotiations. Yannick has both a legal and economic academic background and has a particular focus on business restructurings and intangible asset transfers of companies active in the Technology, Media & Telecommunications industries and the Industrials, Manufacturing & Transportation industries.
