Biography
Tim Robben is a Mid-Level Associate of Baker McKenzie's Dispute Resolution Practice Group in Dusseldorf.
Tim has a passion for resolving disputes. Before he joined Baker McKenzie's dispute resolution team, Tim gained experience in the field of commercial and corporate disputes as well as international arbitration in different international law firms.

- Currently represents and advises an international IT company in a legal dispute over claims from a failed software project in the public administration sector. At the core of the dispute is the interpretation of the scope of work and an extensive evidentiary hearing concerning the condition of the software.
- Currently represents and advises an international facility management company against a software company in a dispute over claims from a failed software project in the service sector. The principal cancelled the development project after various failed attempts by the contractor to complete the functional design documents and after a severe delay.
- Defended a software company against claims from an outsourcing services provider.
- Advised investors in a dispute with a company in the crypto industry after an ICO (Initial Coin Offering).
- Regularly represents and advises companies in the pharmaceutical industry concerning claim management matters.
- Advises a pharmaceutical company in a dispute against the manufacturer of a defective machine for the production of reagents.
- Represents and advises a company in the chemical industry in a complex construction dispute.
