Biography
Nicole Rivas is a junior associate in the Transactional Practice Group at Baker McKenzie. Since joining the Firm in 2018, she has focused on real estate & infrastructure, corporate reorganizations, and contractual law. She has participated in cross-border transactions and regularly advises multinational clients on complex legal matters in Mexico.
Practice Focus
Nicole focuses her practice on real estate transactions, trusts, foreign investment, and general corporate matters. She advises real estate developers and international clients on due diligence processes, compliance certifications, and acquisitions in Mexico’s restricted zones. Her experience includes cross-border corporate structuring and regulatory compliance for multinational companies.

- Advises on the Latin America reorganization of Baxter Incorporation.
