Biography

Alexandra Rayroux is a member of the Baker McKenzie Real Estate Practice Group. Before joining the Firm in 2024, Alexandra graduated in law from the University of Fribourg (Bachelor of Law, bilingual) and from the University of Zurich (Master of Law). She completed her internship at another major Swiss law firm in Geneva and was admitted to the bar in 2020. Subsequently, she worked as a research and teaching assistant at the University of Fribourg (Institute for Construction Law), where she is currently completing her doctoral degree.

Practice Focus

Alexandra assists and represents domestic and international clients in a wide range of commercial, corporate and contractual matters with a particular focus on real estate transactions. More particularly, she focuses on large-scale portfolio transactions, asset deals, acquisitions of real estate companies as well as related administrative law matters.
