Lauriane Raux
Biography
Lauriane Raux practices in the Employment practice group of Baker McKenzie in Paris since 2019.
Lauriane previously worked for two years as an employment law lawyer within another law firm in Paris and has experience being a trainee lawyer from two other leading firms.
Practice Focus
Lauriane advises daily French and international companies on all aspect of general employment matters such as working time, remuneration, non-compete obligation, among others. She also supports French and international companies in their restructuring projects or changes in their legal structure (transfer of employees, "Hamon law", redundancies, etc.).
