Manuel Ramos
Biography
Manuel joined the Firm as an associate in the M&A and corporate practice in 2025. He graduated from Universidad del Rosario and earned a postgraduate degree in Financial Law. Additionally, he holds an LL.M. from Northwestern University's Pritzker School of Law.
Prior to joining the Firm, Manuel gained valuable experience working at other prominent Colombian law firms, focusing on corporate and transactional matters.
Practice Focus
Manuel has experience in capital markets, mergers & acquisitions, and corporate transactions. He has advised both domestic and international clients on a wide range of matters, including cross-border transactions, corporate reorganizations, and various corporate and contractual issues.
