Biography
John Puzder is an associate in the Firm’s North American Transactional Practice Group in Baker McKenzie’s New York office. In addition, John leverages his private equity experience to advise clients on a broad range of transactional and general corporate matters.
Practice Focus
John focuses his practice on corporate law, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions. He routinely advises clients across a wide range of industries on their most complex cross-border and domestic mergers and acquisitions, carve-outs, and joint ventures.
