Maxim Pronin
Biography
Maxim Pronin is an associate of Baker McKenzie’s Employment Law Practice Group in Vienna. Prior to joining the Firm in October 2025, he completed his legal clerkship and gained experience as a paralegal in the legal department of an Austrian government agency. Maxim studied law at the University of Vienna. He works in German and English.

Maxim advises national as well as international clients on all questions of labor law as well as social security law.
