Lucas (Luca) Praxmarer
Biography
Luca Praxmarer is an associate in Baker McKenzie's Corporate/M&A/Real Estate Practice Group in Vienna. He studied business law at the Vienna University of Business and Economics. Luca gained valuable experience during his semester abroad in Singapore, where his knowledge in Banking and Finance as well as in Corporate Deals was strengthened. Prior to joining the Firm he worked for several renowned national and international law firms in Vienna as well as gaining valuable practical experience during his time as a founder of a startup.
Practice Focus
Luca focuses on M&A transactions, real estate transactions and commercial lease agreements, with a particular emphasis on leasing industrial, office, and retail space. In addition, he advises domestic and international clients on general corporate, commercial and contract law matters.
